Use of the site

You may browse the site freely for personal use. You may not use it in a way that damages it or prevents others from using it, attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, or systematically copy its content with automated tools.

Purchases and bookings

Prices, availability and terms of each product, service or booking are those shown on the page at the time of ordering, including VAT where applicable. The contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation email. If the seller or organiser is someone other than Azienda Agricola Verdimonti, the page says so and that party is responsible for the service.

If you are a consumer, for goods bought at a distance you have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period — such as event tickets, a guided tour or a booked stay (Art. 59(n)) — for which the cancellation terms stated at the time of booking apply.

Intellectual property

The site's texts, images, graphics and code belong to Azienda Agricola Verdimonti or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright law. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source; any other use requires our written permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and always available, but cannot guarantee it. Limits of liability for the content are explained in the legal notice. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with a consumer fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence; in all other cases the court of Siena (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when this last happened. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
